Valuation done differently
We calculate the intrinsic value of tech companies by identifying a key revenue driver and predicting its growth. Of course the market doesn't necessarily agree with us… but eventually it does :).
Pick a company
Select one of our 100 companies. For each company, we have identified a key revenue driver (cars for Tesla, users for Uber, etc.)
Predict the growth
We predict the growth of the revenue driver. Go back in time to see how well we predicted in the past. We always give you our best guess, but you can play with it to see what do the best/worst case scenarios look like.
Calculate the value and compare
We multiply the driver by the revenue per unit and the profit margin. We calculate then the current valuation with a DCF (discounted cashflow).
